The Story Red Envelope Day In The US And Ways You May Participate

In 2008 Red Envelope Day was first put into play. A Pro-Life advocate for over 20 years decided he wanted to make a difference with this campaign and get pre-born children's silent voices heard by all he could reach. He contacted as many advocates as he could by calls, fax and emails and they in turn contacted even more.
They decided to start a campaign to raise awareness of how Pro-Life is a great choice and let people know that those children who have died by abortion can be heard as well. Letters or cards in this case which the envelopes are colored bright red were to be sent out to the Nation's most influential people and all others who would listen in each state. This is still the goal today.
These cards would hold only one saying "This envelope represents one child who died in abortion. It is empty because that life was unable to offer anything to the world. Responsibility with Conception". That is it the entire message. It may not be many words but its meaning is deeply heart felt.
At the first campaign many did not know how to take it so they just decided on ignoring it. This included not only media and news agencies but officials of the nation as well. They looked upon it as something insignificant. More effort needs to be taken to get the acknowledgment and news coverage needed this and every other year of the campaign.
More leaders in our nation as well as the Capital will receive these envelopes each year and hopefully some will take notice and help to resolve the problems within our society that make these campaigns necessary. News outlets should also show not one but both sides of a controversy as well as give adequate attention to campaigns for both to be neutral in any debate.
Tell everyone you know who has a stance against abortion about this red envelope day so they too can participate and help get the word out. Our future depends much upon the youth of today and the youth yet to be. So shouldn't we as humans try to protect them to the best of our abilities and not kill them?
You can help and send these Red Envelope Day Cards by simply going to the main web site and filling out your order for how many you want and where you want them sent to. You can decide to get a group of you together and make a list to send or you can do it just as easily as an individual too. What counts is that you let your thoughts to be heard. The people at Red Envelope Day do all the rest of stuff for you. - 39468
