Weight loss and getting in shape doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, constant effort, determination, and consistently making the right choices to see change. It's not easy, but it is certainly easy to put it off.
If you are currently on your fitness journey, I congratulate you. You are taking steps towards leading a healthier life. If you have yet to start a fitness regimen, what is holding you back? Why haven't you started?
Instead of incorporating exercise into their regimen, many people instead come up with poor excuses as to why they can't do it. Any excuse not to exercise isn't acceptable. There is always a way.
When someone comes up with excuses, the only one standing in their way to a healthier life is themselves. They are keeping themselves from exercising. It doesn't matter how little free time you have, exercising can always fit into a schedule.
Many of us put off exercising by saying things like, tomorrow I'll exercise, next week I'll start, next month, next year, and then it never happens. The best time to start is now, today, right this very moment.
Don't put it off any longer. It is hard to exercise, and it may bring you pain to start a fitness regimen. However, when you don't do it, you are hurting yourself and your body, so the pain of exercising is worth overcoming.
Today you can begin your journey towards better fitness. In fact, as soon as you are done reading this article you can find a fitness program to start, or formulate your own. You can begin to eat healthier, and start making better decisions.
Don't want to exercise? Just tell yourself that you'll just do it for five minutes. Anyone can exercise for five minutes, it's easy. Once five minutes is up, you'll most likely want to keep going, but if you don't, just tell yourself "five more minutes".
Take today as an opportunity to start new, healthier habits that will actually help you rather than hurt. Anyone can fit 20 minutes of exercise into their day, so take the time to plan when you will do it, and make sure you do it. Don't accept any excuse that you may come up with.
